All performances must be in Telugu. Songs in any other languages are not permitted, including as part of a medley.

Dance/Singing: Maximum 5 minutes.

Drama - Maximum 5 minutes and Skit - Maximum 8 minutes.

Group performances are encouraged (minimum 4 participants).

Only one cultural program is allowed per choreographer.

Each participant may participate in only one cultural program.

Repetitive songs (including medleys) are not allowed. Song allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis and reviewed by the WATS Board.

Choreographers must ensure all participant details, program information, and uploaded files are accurate.

A full practice video must be emailed to board@watsweb.org for review.

Music files (MP3 format) must be of good audio quality and uploaded during registration.

The Cultural Team may request clarifications during review; prompt response is expected.

WATS Board reserves the right to accept or reject programs that do not meet guidelines.

The Board shall determine the maximum number of performances in accordance with the venue’s time regulations. As part of this, the Board reserves the right to cancel registered performances as required.

All participants must register using a valid WATS Membership ID.

Participants must hold a valid Annual or Lifetime Membership. Annual memberships must be valid from Jan 1, 2026 (12:00 AM) to Dec 31, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Cultural Registration Dead line: 25-Feb-2026, or earlier if the Board recieves the maximum number of programs, whichever comes first.
